ESA to UC Portal Registration
Hey all! I have a disabled younger sister (35) who is currently on ESA but needs to move to UC. My mum is her appointee and received a letter to notify this change a few weeks ago and we were a bit confused about the online portal registration.
At the start of the registration process you are asked "are you applying for someone else", which we are, and proceeded to put my Mum's information in. However when we started the application after creating the account, it appeared that we were making an application for my Mum and not my sister.
Does anyone who is an appointee have advice on how to register for the UC portal where you still get correspondence to your personal email address but obviously the application being for the person you are caring for?
