if you have a pip assessment and they decode that you no longer should get pip and you do a mandatory reconsideration, do you carry on getting paid ?

Hi @Emilyann30 unfortunately the DWPs decision stays until the MR is concluded, so if they do not allow an award, then no money will be paid. But if found to be allowed a PIP award during the MR, it is usually backpaid to when the original decision was made.
