So just before moving to universal credit I was on JSA income based and was also recieving DLA they said a change in circumstances would start the move from legacy benefits to UC so my change in circumstances was my dad passing away and because my name wasn't on the tenancy it made me homeless as well UC told me nothing would change my money would stay the same it didn't that was 7 years ago I have type 1 diabetes chronic pancreatitis I was in the hospital with sepsis and aspiration numonia which lost me my left lung but somehow I'm on a standard UC payment please help
