Changing mobile number on UC

Hello!
I've basically got a new mobile number (I keep getting harassing scam calls one was threatening so my husband had it changed for me) and I cant figure out how to change it. I've left a message on our Journal but ive read some people say that you need to go to the JC to change it, which I cant do. Is there anyway to either get it changed over the phone or get someone to come around to prove my ID?

On your journal click home, then report a change, contact details and change your number.

Thank you, got a reply on my journal saying the same lol. I just got muddled the first time around cus I didn't realise I could just put in my current email and thought it was asking for a new one.
