Saying I put wrong address down, threatened to stop my UC
I went to the post office last week, with a health advisory form, I put the wrong address down they said during a phone call. And they say they haven't received my form. Threatened to stop my uc allowance if they didn't receive it by 14th Oct. I am on medication I don't need this stress

Hi,
Unfortunately, if you sent the form to the wrong address, then they will not receive it.
Have they sent you a new form to fill in?
