Hi I have my video assessment booked in for 21st of this month with maximus , I suffer from osteoporosis which has resulted in 2 broken wrists this year also tenosynovitis and carpel tunnel. Both my hands are in splints I'm very dependent on my mother for most tasks I also have osteoarthritis of the spine and I'm in loads of discomfort due to the discs moving and bone spurs formed . My question is I've been trying to find out what they expect you to do during a video assesment ( do they expect you to do any form of exercise the exasperates your condition for them to see) , I find it very uncomfortable sitting in the same position for to long and I'm wondering how long these assessments last
