Hi
I am the appointee for my son who is in the support group for e.s.a. income based ,I filled in the form on internet and had the phone call for i.d. everything went well and was told when he would get first payment and it was all sorted, now I received a letter fromE.S.A. saying he is on contribution e.s.a and will change to new style e.s.a. and will get an appointment with a work coach tthat he must attend should I ignore this later. As his appointee I am responsible for all his finances and I accepted c laiment commitment. sorry it's so long winded I amnow very confused.
