Hello my name is Philip I'm full of arthritis my left hip as gone my right knee as gone problem with my spine fibramagel and suffer bad with mental health and I'm trying to find out if there is anyway I can get help with a holiday

Can you explain what you mean when you say it doesn't work? Do you mean the link or that you've tried to get help in the past? The helpline might be able to help you. You can call them and talk through what you need. Their number is 0808 800 3333.
Just tried the number and say they are closed but says ring back between 9 till 6 Monday to friday
Oh I'm sorry, of course. They're currently opening 10am until 5pm just to make you aware. I forget that not everyone works as late as me!
