I’ve not been on in a while as I’ve been struggling and ALDAS have made matters worse

Had assessment in May, took until end of June to tell me they weren’t going to help, they said they could refer me to floating support (which has been declined 3 times) and a befriending service, this befriending recommendation makes me angry as I like being on my own and have zero interest in making or wanting friends

I wrote to lgsco about how long the assessment was taking and leaving me without support, lgsco came back to me a few weeks back and said they have emailed ALDAS to start a complaint procedure, the person who done the assessment emailed to say they have same not helping but floating support and befriending service will be referred if I wished. I replied that floating support refused my referrals and that I value my own company. I was also given a copy of my assessment which she states (according to ChatGPT as it’s too much for me to read) that I am at risk from others, there is also no reason given for declining to offer me support

I went back to the lgsco as the complaint team said i refused their hel0 the referrals, I told lgsco about being refused floating support previously and not interested in friends, but they sided with the council and sent a snotty reply that they weren’t going to reply to me anymore as it’s their final decision

I submitted another request to be reassessed but not by the same person who did the one in May, but they’ve chose to ignore it

Due to no support i was taken to court as I wasn’t aware I had to pay my council tax which added extra charges, luckily I had a decent citizens advice worker who managed to get the council tax bill paid via hardship fund

Everyday is a struggle, I have the tenant below me throwing things at his walls and ceiling constantly when he hears the slightest noise which makes me have panic attacks
