Credit for careers my partner think that he paying me out of his pip for me to be his careers and I he said that the careers allowance I get I got to give it him because he said that money for him

Carers Allowance is for the carer, as payment for undertaking that role.
It isn't meant to be given to the person being cared for.
Your partner is free to spend his PIP however he wants.
