Hi @FRR and welcome to the community. I think the dealer has been a little too optimistic there. Here's the information from the Motability site:

"When you’ve chosen a vehicle, your dealer will finish your application for you. We’ll then run eligibility and insurance checks.

If we approve your application, we’ll send you a letter confirming your order. This usually takes around two weeks."

Hopefully it won't be too much longer for you. The length of time isn't relevant to whether you are accepted or not, so try not to worry.
