HHello Everyine
I last posted about changing my drs surgeries
This took place yesterday probably over the past week as yesterday in got a new medical card with a new GPS name in it. This morning I rang that new surgery and they confirmed I am on their practice now.
So I then phoned pip... April many questions I could've typed the answers for them faster.
I gave all details of new surgery and my ni and details of me when asked.
That's it she said ur gp details have been up dated then she hung up the phone.
I never got to ask if I have to put it in writing ro them also.
Anyone here know?
