I sent some money trought paypal to my family 3 children and 2 parent because thei lost the job after 28 years in the same job ....and the children needed food so now Univesl credit will review me trough phone call after they asked a lot of proof document, contract house, statement bancar, bills....why ? Appreciate an answer.

Generally these things are a two stage process, first you send the information they requested, then you have a telephone interview where you will need to answer the questions they ask.
