Hi everyone

(This is a big one….thanks so much for reading in advance)

I was on holiday in Florida a month ago. I use a wheel chair and hired a scooter to get about the parks.parks.i have MS.. But sadly i broke my wrist coming off a ramp. The marking on the ramp were not clear and the ramp clipped my chair causing us both to fall. I broke my wrist and bruised badly. Had to sit out rest of holiday.

I contacted the holiday company after I returned after they send an email to ask if the holiday went well etc. I lost 3 days of holiday in pain because of what happened?I called them and explained this then they forwarded my call to a legal team.  Now it seems im in another claim situation for the days I lost on holiday? BUT I am tyting up anothe incident that happened three years ago. This is totally unrelated (I was in a ar stationery and another catch badly crashed into it).

My question is can two claims run simultaneously for two different incidents? The car accident happened 3 years ago and tying up now. The injuries are completely different. I never seen any of this coming and im confused now.

Many thanks for reading 😊

You've had two separate accidents so there are two separate claims.

Yes this is entirety allowed and any money awarded won't impact on your CB ESA.

The only thing that wouldn't be allowed is two claims for the same accident.

Thank you for your reply. Im CB ESA as you said. Im on mo lean tested benifits. Just a priviat pension that i have declared. Im really scared of all this kind of stustuff. Legal margin etc. Do I need to tell each other though? Im guessing not, being honest. Am I correct?

When you fill out the paperwork for second accident, it might ask if there were any other claims you've made in x number of years etc.

Yes as advised two separate accidents, two separate claims there is nothing wrong about that.
