PIP ASSESSMENT REPORT.
Received my PIP Assessment report today. The recommendation & points look good, but I am a bit concerned he's put about " excessive probing & potential inconsistencies could not be clarified". This was not inconsistencies, this was hypothetical questions & he wouldn't let me give real world answers. He has recommended a 2 year award. I don't know whether to contact the decision maker ,or just wait until I see what the official letter says.

You could contact the DM. I complained about my assessor (I had recorded the call) as he made so many false claims. I didn't know it at the time but a decision had already been made and my award was going to go from enhanced on both to just standard living.
My complaint triggered the DM to look again at the award and as they were still not sure contacted my GP who thankfully backed up everything I had said so my award stayed the same.
As I said this was all happening without my knowledge but due to the inconsistencies, the DM was asked twice to look at the award again, so yes, I think if you contact them now they could look at the points given or length of award again.
Just to add, the assessor I had no longer does assessments, wonder why?0 -
I am going to ring them tomorrow. Do I just ring the enquiry line?
He started the assessment by making it very clear he was only going to ask hypothetical questions and when I was taking my time in answering,he was rushing me by saying "the longer you take to answer, the longer the assessment will be ".
Hmmm, I wonder why too @onlymeagain.
