Health assessment
I just been on my journal and it said about my payments being fortnightly. But further down it said I have health conditions that for the extra money that I may need a assessment. I just had one in September. I put on my journal that my journal that my suspected lung cancer was clear, and I deleted it of my health records but I still got my other health issues. As I just had a wca assessment would I need another. My ct scan results hadn't come in for suspected lung cancer when I had wca. I put it on my claim form. I'm still in the support group

In all likelihood it's probably because all the UC system knows about you at the moment is you have reported having health conditions.
It takes time for ESA to confirm your previous award with UC. This is usually done in time for the first payment statement, but not always.
You will not be required to have another medical assessment as a direct result of migration to Universal Credit.
