Still waiting for pip renewal letter

Hi my daughter is on pip she's been on it ten years in her award letter from years ago it says we will look at it again in October 25 .

But she has had no renewal letter .I am her Appointee I rang pip 2 months before the date and they said it has been put back till April 26 . Which is fair enough should I just take there word for it over the phone she's had no letter stating this . I'm a bit worried in case they miss her renewal and her pip suddenly stops. Just want to know to set my mind at rest. Thanks

    Hi,

    You could always ring again if that would settle your mind.

    As your daughter has had PIP for 10 years then she will not be a priority for reassessment now. They probably have extended her PIP award automatically. Though I understand why you are concerned without any confirmation of that.

    Thankyou I was thinking that too il give them another call to clarify more .
