Hi, I'm having trouble sleeping. I can't find a good pillow. Wondering if anyone can recommend one.

I am unsure how good they are, but I am considering getting one of those Mulberry Silk pillows. The only doubts I have, is if they are that good, how come they need continually advertised on shopping channels? 🤔
