Is their an art group i can go to for trauma support to get me out if the house and meeting differant people or any other support groups for disabled people their must be some somewhere??????
The only time i go out is to go shopping ect need more things to do other than cleaning i would also like to go to craft groups too.

It’s tough getting out and about isn’t it? In my area we have an umbrella centre that has all sorts of activities. Your GP surgery or library may know of what’s on offer in your area.

I know where I live cmht have something called hope college do all manner of activities im in south area or you could inquire just Google gateway mental health and they might be able to give you some services that do these type of things

That presented quite a few options. The speech marks in the third search make it look for pages which specifically refer to the phrase trauma support, in case your curious. That can be a useful trick when searching.
I was involved with organising and teaching such things in Liverpool and Manchester in the 90s and 00s (Greenbank College, Shaw Trust, Liverpool Music Centre, North West Disability Arts Forum, Bluecoat Gallery, FACT etc). I'm confident at least some of them will still do that kind of thing. There's quite a lot of it goes on.
