i have a letter from gps saying i can not work, i asked uc for a review for lcwra in nov 2023 was fobbed off for 2 years so got in touch with citazns advice who told me to put in a complaint and ring and ask again for review which i got nov 2025 yes 2 years after asking it was accepted now 2025 and got paid from nov 2025 but feel it should be backdated to 2023 am i right or wrong

if you asked for a review and provided evidence (sometimes need to hand fit notes in for the whole duration) they it should be backdated @tanya69

all fit notes were put in from 2020

Sounds like you should definitely raise with them @tanya69. It might be worth giving them a call first, and then it might be worth looking into a Mandatory Reconsideration. I've added a link to our webpage with more information about this below:
