PIP being stopped even though award was until 2030?
I found out that my daughters PIP will stop in 3 weeks through carers allowance letter, even through her award is till 2030. When I called PIP they told me they sent letters, form to me which I never received, they sent to not my address someone else. Although her award end in 2030, they have decided to stop and I will need to call in again to strat the claim form the beginning. I am so lost and confused

I'd recommend contacting a local welfare rights organisation who can assist you with this.
If her award runs out in 2030 then it's way too early for them to have sent out a review form, and closed the claim due to non response.
It's also not acceptable that the correspondence didn't come through to you but went elsewhere.

Hello @Milooreo and a warm welcome to the community.
Have they said what the forms they sent out were? It does feel very early for a review if her award was until 2030. Has your daughter had any changes in circumstances? When was your daughter's last assessment?
Have they explained where the letters and form they sent went to?

Thank You for your reply.
They didn't say what forms or where they sent. I only found out they stopping her PIP in 3 weeks, through carers allowance letter that that will stop too.
PIP have been informed at all times of my daughters circumstances changes. My daughters health started from a young age. They have all the documents and reports. She was assessed in 2021 as she has lifetime health conditions, needs. When I asked where the letter was sent, he didn't tell me. Just that they can't do anything and I will have to re aplay
Thanks
