Is having an afternoon Sunday nap the closest thing to being in heaven?
There are so many things to enjoy on Sunday - Church to a Sunday Roast. However, I would like to know is having an afternoon Sunday nap the closest thing to being in heaven?

Yes
Afternoon naps in general are great, not just on a Sunday when there's not much on the telly and stuff.

I always feel terrible if I sleep during the day, even when I’m unwell, I struggle to nap. I can see the appeal but it isn’t for me.
I’d prefer an afternoon walk - although Sundays are usually reserved for cleaning the house top-to-bottom!

I feel as though napping during the day must mess with my brain chemistry or something as it gives me this really weird unpleasant feeling, I'll also feel high amounts of anxiety sometimes while drifting off as well. None of this happens when I go to sleep at the usual time at night.

Under the right conditions
I'm a big napper. I often struggle to make it through the day without my 30 min nap around 3pm! Having a lovely Sunday roast and then a comfy nap... Ideal Sunday 😁
