I I am on low pip both daily and mobility i have copd which has got worse my son wants to move in and look after me will this affect my benefit uc

The only element of UC that might have been impacted is Housing Element.
Usually UC would make a non dependant deduction of £96.55.
But because you get PIP, no non deduction will be made.
