Hi Kimi87,

I saw your post about Stetford Solicitors and the class action against the DWP. I have been harassed by the DWP for three years. I have a three-year journal, a doctor's fit note for stress and raised blood pressure, and evidence they have ignored my medical records.

I want to specifically mention three staff members and the missed deadlines so they are added to the case:

Yasmin (Luton Jobcentre)
When my mother passed away in May 2024, I informed her immediately and provided proof. Instead of support, she made me feel like I was not believed. She replied: "I am sorry you feel you would not be believed about something like this." She never said she believed me. She also ignored my request to change work coach on 22 May 2023, leaving me trapped with her for months. She missed multiple phone appointments, leaving me waiting while she failed to call on time.

James (Sutton Jobcentre)
He asked me to apply for an ice skating job at Winter Wonderland. I have one leg. I told him I don't have skates. He said 'no harm in trying, just apply.' He also sent me to a bus driving course. You need two legs to drive a bus. He knew my limits. He just didn't care.

Jeremy (Sutton Jobcentre)
He raised his voice so loud that everybody in the Jobcentre could hear him. He told me to push myself back on the seat. He mocked my disability. When I asked him why he was shouting, he turned to his colleague and asked 'am I shouting?' I said 'your colleague is used to your shouting.' He gave me an ultimatum: destroy my two-year-old home-based business or lose my benefit.

The Missed Deadlines
The DWP missed their own 15-working-day deadline on 27 March 2026. Then they missed it again on 15 April 2026. That is two deadlines they have missed. They have not given me a final response. They have not kept me updated. That is excessive delay. That is maladministration.

Please can you add me to the group? I want to join the case. Also where must I move forward with this confusion

Thank you,
Trevor72
