Health assessment weeks ago - no update

Hi,
I had my health assessment weeks ago and I've not had any update. I don't know if I'm in the support group or anything. My benefit has been reduced because I apparently owe money (fine) but how do I find out about the group situation? I'm not well enough to work but I was thinking of trying to do something maybe once per week if possible and be self employed. Is this possible on ESA? I don't even know where to start.

It can take up to 12 weeks for a decision following the health assessment.
