PIP walking and distance

My wife visited hospital and the consultant asked her how far she can walk with her atherosclerosis and emphysema . She said I have to stop every 100-150 yards, but I usually go for a daily walk of around 800 yards or more daily to keep moving, but with frequent stops. The doctor wrote on the hospital letter "Can walk up to 800+ yards daily with frequent stops". She already has been awarded 4 points for the PIP question moving around (walking 50 - 200yards before needing to stop)
Now she's worried that if PIP ever see the letter (It is a hospital/doctor letter) that they will question how far she can walk, and probably misunderstand the distance that she walks before having to stop. She won't stop worrying. What are the chances of a hospital letter going to PIP without her knowing? What can I tell her to stop her worrying?

Difficult question, if you tell her not to worry, she'll worry all the more anyway.

If the consultant has written "Can walk up to 800+ yards daily with frequent stops" I would interpret this as she can walk a total of 800 yards but in order to cover this distance she needs to stop frequently A letter won't go to PIP without her knowing. Is her PIP awarded due to be reviewed in the near future?

She already has been awarded 4 points for the PIP question moving around (walking 50 - 200yards before needing to stop). She isn't going to be reviewed in the near future, she has a review in about three years time

You say your wife won't be reviewed again for at least 3 years and therefor she doesn't need to worry about her pip claim in the meantime.

She says it's a light review in about three years time, but she worries that they may try to review her before then. And that she may have to send the letter to them.
She gets awful pains in her legs when walking and has to stop through breathlessness too, but after a short while she carries on.
    She worries so much.

They are extremely unlikely to review her before then as they have huge back logs of claimants waiting to be

    asessed.

She will not have to send the letter to them and they cannot obtain it without her permission.
