How will my adult son moving in with me affect my benefits?

I am an adult on benefits living in a three bedroom house. I claim UC, ESA and enhanced PIP on both elements.
My adult working son stays with me two nights a week as carer and has said he would like to move in permanently but I don’t know how this would affect my benefits.
Please can you advise?

Do you receive Housing Element as part of your UC?
If so, how much of your rent does this pay?
Do you receive any Transitional Protection on your UC claim?
PIP & ESA are unaffected.

If you are currently getting any Housing element of benefits, if your lad moves in forever, you might lose that, you'd have to declare it either way as it'd be classed as a change of circumstances.
Hope that helps :)
