I work me and partner received universal credit on top. I gamble £150 a month online but never seem to win anything I have no savings will I be sanctioned over worried health isn’t good at the moment

You shouldn't be sanctioned as long as your savings don't go over £6,000 😊

I thought it was the same as guaranteed pension credits which is £10,000

It's totally different to Pension Credit.

If you have between £6,000-£16,000 then there is a deduction each month. (£4.35 for every £250 over £6000).

If you have more than £16,000 then the UC claim closes completely.

Gambling shouldn't affect your UC review at all if you're not winning anything. And no-one has ever been sanctioned for spending UC money on gambling. The system just doesn't work like that, despite the scare stories you might read online.
