hey all, I’ve just seen a video of a Zeem supportive walker which looks amazing but is only sold in the us. The nearest device I have found in the uk is a lifeglider. Has anyone had any experience using one?
HI,
That looks pretty cool, I've never used one, I have spastic paraplegia 7 and I use a stick to try keep my balance. That definitely looks like the next chapter.
Hi sp19
It's nothing I have experience of but while Zeen doesn't have a UK license I wonder if this might be a similar alternative:

Good luck

Hi! I've been looking at the Zeen too and it looks amazing.
Here's the LifeGlider. Never heard of it. Thanks for the info!
hi thanks for the link. No the Zeal walker is just another walker and I have one as well as a folding wheelchair and a fold up mobility scooter you can put in the car. I was looking at the Zeen as I’m struggling to use my wheelchair in the house as like many uk homes the hallways and doorways are a little narrow and though I can navigate around I keep banging up my hands accidentally on the doorframes and getting bruises and the occasional scraped knuckle that seems to bleed a lot surprisingly. The life glider seems to be the nearest to the Zeen supporting the person body while they move around and helping you get some movement in your legs which unfortunately means that if you aren’t moving regularly on your legs they get weaker so quickly.
I really appreciate you taking the time to not only reply but send me a link. Wish the lifeglider was cheaper though.
The value must be greater than or equal to 1.
