Hi everyone, where can I find a medical negligence solicitor?

Question

so last October my only 36 gets rushed into Warrington hospital oxygen level very low 2nights sent home couple days later I rushed her into whiston hospital 7 nights same thing oxygen levels very low couple of days later she gets rushed into Warrington another 2 nights again oxygen levels very low now bearing in mind she’d recently been diagnosed with chronic obstructive sleep apnea and was on the waiting list for a c-pap machine but was sent home with nothing on all occasions she also adema so after the third hospital admission and sent home a couple of days later she dropped dead in living room and my 3 kids 5,6 and 15 had to watch me giving CPR for 15 minutes crying wake up mummy please don’t die mummy so I was wondering is there any medical negligence solicitors on here that might have some advice because the ME as said “ I can’t see any reason why the hospitals would of had to keep her admitted “

rosie's suggestion on getting specialist legal advice in person is spot on. it's not even clear in your post who's actually died.

Only thing I'd recommend is doing a SAR on the NHS trust concerned as soon as possible to gather documentation to help you understand what happened behind the scenes, alongside getting more evidence for a claim.

I'm currently having a medical negligence legal claim assessed on behalf of my late mother.

I used the Law Society finder and drew up a list of Solicitors, contacting a few at a time (most never replied).

Mum's case is being assessed with a firm using her medical records, we are both waiting for the Hospital trust to release additional records to me that were not sent with the first request.

Oh my gosh I am so very sorry for all involved. I had similar situation with my mum but she was twice the age of your partner. As utterly angry and devastated as you are just now, please take one step at a time. Sort your children's and your own immediate health out first, legal action is exhausting and extremely long winded ( it can take years ) when you are up against huge and highly legal represented institutions like the NHS. As hard as it is, take a step away from the anger and anguish at this time, I say this from a place of caring, pace yourself, its going to be a giant uphill battle and you need time to prepare for that and so do the kids. You really need to focus on your grief first and of course your children's, grief comes in stages and its something we all, at some point just have to work through. Please take the time to grieve your loss and then pursue the NHS, you are going need every ounce of energy and clear thinking to even start the legal process, the legal situation isn't going anywhere, you have the time to do this right. I wish you all the best and really hope your family get the best and fairest outcome for your family ❤️

I agree with the SAR advice, I hope you have more luck than me though, the NHS has been kiting me for over 6 months on my own request.
