Back in April i told uc new housing costs then in Au I had message saying my rent cant be verified because HA name was not right even though I did it right i just missed the part in brackets
like if it was scotland housing (and co) i just wrote scotland housing
I had to redo it in Aug but since then ive heard nothign back and every time i ppost on journal and even if i call they ignore or don't get back to me in the timferame
how do i make a complaint?? ive now not been paid my housing since april all becasue of a missed bracket and they not replied to me
