Did they ask you to confirm anything @Juana?
Sometimes they need to check that you still live at the same address and that your rent is correct.
They might ask for some bank statements or other proof like a tenancy agreement.

I understand @Juana. As I said in my last post, the letters are often to check nothing has changed so they can keep their records up to date.
If it didn't say anything about providing evidence in the letter, they may contact you again with instructions on what to do next. Or you could try speaking to them to see if they can explain things to you. If you look on your letter, there should be some contact details there if you want to speak to them.

Sorry to hear it's worrying you @Juana. If your details haven't changed since you went on housing benefit, things shouldn't change too much after the review.
It doesn't mean you've done anything wrong to get a letter like this. The Housing Benefit people are required to check your details occasionally to make sure payments are correct.
Try to answer any questions they have honestly and provide the documents they ask for as soon as you can. Hopefully it'll all go by without too much stress ☺️
