    Hello there.

So you have been diagnosed one year, its still relatively new for you to get used to.
I still get scared and nervous about what the next few years wil bring. I'm 20 was disagnosed at 5 and am still getting used to the fact that I'm going to be the 'big' 21 at the end of the month and have CP. I just cant imagine it.

I think it does get better and you do get used to your own situation (how CP affects you) but i dont think you are properly happy until you can happily tell folks you have a disability and you be fully happy with that.

    Take care
