I am soooo annoyed. Last year I applied to go on the watersure scheme, as I am on a meter and my son has a special bath which takes 20 minutes to fill and needs regular baths. This year, they have turned me down (even though I have sent a letter from his paediatrician), because we are not on any of the listed benefits. eg. council tax, housing benefit. The fact that we get DLA and carers allowance doesnt seem to come into it. Were not on a low income, but ... we still have massive water bills each year.
