pain in sitting bones

Hi

just wondering does anyone else suffer with this i have had this for about a year now and its dreadfully painful. I have tried saciolilliac joints (sp) which didnt help and a plethora of tablets, however nothing has alleviated it so i am hoping to undergo shock wave therapy for bursistis as well.

I just wondered if anyone else had found anything to alleviate this problem.
