car seat - any suggestions

My daughter who is nearly 4 has tri lateral spastic cp . She is mobile but struggles iwth her walking, tightness of muscles and gait turns in quite severly. luckily we don't do too many long journeys but now and again she states her back hurts when she is sat in her car seat. The seat is a standard booster with back , not cheap and has little padding perhaps not enough. Does anyone know of a seat which they can recommend? many thanks
