Flying....unsafe swallow

Hi this may be a strange question but its playing on my mind,my daughter swallows as an unsafe swallow and is fully tube fed I'm worried about taking her on a plane incase her ears pop and she can't adjust them because she can't swallow like us...anyone have an opinion on this please......
