Our (only just) five years old Son has right side Hemiplegia and usually is able to walk and even run (with an unsteady gait) He does fall ALOT though. we have now seen several periods where he can't even sit up and cant walk or anything for days and even weeks at a time. We have discovered in the last 3 weeks that he is fitting too, which was a massive shock, but even his consultant seemed confused about the variation from being mobile to not mobile and requiring round the clock care? Has anyone else seen this kind of variation in their child who has cp or any other condition?
Any advice gratefully received on this or fits as it is so scary.
