    Hi @bolanle_77

    Welcome to the community!

Take a look at the transition tips for some ideas on the processes of moving forward as a young adult.  You can also look through the category of Cerebral Palsy here on the community to chat with other people with CP as well as their family and friends.

Look forward to chatting to you

    Hey @bolanle_77

Daniel might be able to get an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) from his local authority.  (They are the new version of a Statement of Educational Needs).  An EHCP is a document that details what support is required and commits the school, healthcare professionals and social care team to providing it.  There's help available to get an EHCP from a service called Independent Support - the Council for Disabled Children website will be able to tell you who the Independent Support provider is in his area.

    Hope this helps!
