I have recently become redundant from my job of 17 years. I took redundancy because I was finding things hard with having a stroke 7 years ago and fybromyagia and chronic fatigue syndrone for a number of years and more recently sleep apnea and diabetes. It seemed all my ailments have caught up with me and I can't function in the way I used to. Even filling in simple forms I get them wrong. So I hope someone out there may be able to help if I get stuck in the future. thankyou .

Hi @stardust21
How is everything going? Let us know if there's anything we can help with.
There was an interesting discussion about CFS last year that might be of interest: https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/29479/do-i-have-me-or-cfs
We also have some sleep experts on the community at the moment if you have any questions about that: https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/ask-a-sleep-expert
If you are having problems with forms, let us know too. The community has lots of experiences with those!
