Hi there. Sooooooo my eldest son turns 20 in a few short weeks. He is ASD / Aspergus. I really don't know where to start to explain what I need advice on as I've never asked for help before. Think I'll just tackle one question at a time.
He lives here at home with myself / His dad and 2 younger brothers.
I work part time while my husband is a full time carer to our 7 year old who is also ASD/ Aspergus . My son is enrolled on a non entry level - non description course at our local college. The family tax credits we receive for him stop next week as he turns 20 but we're barely managing financial as it is. I'm finding it virtually impossible to find out if there is any other kind of help we could be entitled to. Does anyone have any advice please x
Thank you

Hi @Helsbels41 welcome to the community.
We have lots of members who have an ASD diagnosis and lots of parents and carers too so I hope you will be able to chat to people and they can share their experiences.
There is a benefits calculator on the site that might be of help to you and a very long and thorough benefits checklist from Disability Rights UK0 -
