Daughter wakes very early

    Hi my little girl has autistic spectrum disorder with global Dev delay and severe speech language and communication needs. She has hypermobile joints, small hole in heart,squint in both eyes and mild hearing loss. She settles well at night it takes her a little bit of time to get off to sleep but then sleeps all the way through. She wakes very early sometimes 5.40am then is as bright as a button and will not go back to her room to settle. Any advice would be great thanks Rowena
