Hi @owen51
Welcome to the community. It can be a nervous time, and you'll find many people here who have been through the process, so I hope we can help calm those nerves! You are certainly not alone.

There's lots of great advice about filling in the form. This page from Citizen's Advice tells you more about the questions on the form, so you can see what to expect:
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/help-with-your-pip-claim/fill-in-form/
If you are wondering what you might be eligible for, there's a self-assessment tool here: http://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/pip/indexxx.php
Let us know how you get on, and if you have any questions.0
