Change in DLA payments

I went to post office to withdraw my monthly D.L.A and instead of receiving £88 low rate I have only £56. Since Christmas 2016 I have just been living on my DLA and industrial injuries due to yet another sanction. Why have I had a short payment? This is making me more ill.
