Hello friends just to let you know if you live in the Cheshire and Staffordshire area by now you should have had you letter from the Northern Division Wheelchair Service. This will now be changing over to a other company called Opcare Ltd they will be taking over from Rosscare. If you have put in for maintenance the old Rosscare will do the remaining repairs. From the1st April 2017 your new service will be provided in the following locations Staffordshire Wheelchair Service, Clifford Street, Hanley, Stoke -on-Trent Staffordshire, ST1 3EN The other address you can go to is Staffordshire Wheelchair Services Unit 8 Norton Canes Business Park, Norton Green Lane, Norton Canes, Cannock, WS119SS the Telephone for both 01782 216940 www.opcare.co.uk We hope this as cleared wheelchair users information. The Haywood NHS as now stopped this wheelchair assessment and this includes all maintenance. Opcare are sending letters out after 1st April to contact you of the new set up and facilities. This will be going a on going through out the country with closing NHS wheelchair departments it is a matter of time through out the country similar to hearing vision shoes wheelchairs. More changes to come in different phases.
