How long does it take to get the Mandatory reconsideration decission? do the DWP still continue to pay the rate that they first agreed until you get your decission?

Can take up to 8 weeks. They pay you the rate you were awarded.

Mine came within 9 days ,remained same as awarded at assessment. I asked for, full assessment day after my assessment with nurse (big brown envelope arrived 10 days or so after ringing them )what nurse had ticked in each box . All info for me to look at and refer back to if I had to .
