Help about grandson and housing

Hello everyone. I am a grand-parent to a disabled grandson who is nineteen.and I struggling with the government body. My grandson constantly requests that he wants to live with us.I have a carer in place I need to find a home for him in Lancashire.  Can anybody please give me some advise has I am getting pretty desperate.

    Could you tell me a little bit more about what's happening and what difficulties you're having finding a home for your Grandson? This will help me to work out what options might be available.
