Accessible holiday accomodation

I am retired and I am a full time carer for my wife Gill who is a below-the-knee amputee and has expressive dysphasia after 4 strokes. Which is why I am writing this for her. We have been using the excellent "adapted" rooms at Premier Inn which are perfect for our needs. The rooms with the "wheel-in-showers" (not the disabled rooms with bathtubs)
I am now looking for Coastal or National Park holiday accommodation in England or Wales that has a wet room and three bedrooms. I currently pay £2800 for two weeks in a quality/activity care home to give me my annual RESPITE break. My enquiry is primarily for 2018 but perhaps for this year's Autumn school break also.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks Sam
I am newly aquainted with Accommable just this week but have booked two rooms at Premier Inn for October. I can cancel and select a self-catering alternative if I can find somewhere - but at least I have back-up. Thanks again -
Do all Premier Inns have these accessible rooms or is it just selected ones @Snibbbo ?

Hi, I would highly recommend Seastar Holiday Cottage in Deal, Kent. Right on the coast, this area of East Kent is relatively flat. Search Seastar Holiday Cottage on Facebook or www.kingsholidaycottages.co.uk

Jerusalem Farm, Calderdale West Yorkshire. See Calderdale MBC website.

There are some gorgeous holiday cottages reviewed on the Euan's Guide website https://www.euansguide.com/

My reply to Sam_scope May 26 is that not all Premier Inns have "Adapted" rooms. Some have one disabled room and one adapted room. There is a big difference in specification. The disabled room has a bathtub with chrome grab rails where the Adapted Room is double the size and has wheel-in shower facilities and the plastic wheel-in chair is there in the wet room. All the newly-built ones have THREE adapted rooms and the older ones are undergoing re-furbs to the new spec. The only way to be sure is to phone reception at the Premier Inn you have in mind. Not easy as local STD numbers are not published and hard to find. Head office will put you through though - and then ask for the local number

Many thanks to Deb_bwr, Sned101, Blue Frog and LholtonLee - and sorry for the delay. I am not in the habbit of checking in with the community just yet. And still finding my way around. I shall faithfully check out all the LINKS and many thanks once more.

Hope you find somewhere nice.
We are off to Center Parcs very soon - so excited -
I did consider Centre Parcs. When my wife was mobile we went to Sherwood, Elveden and Center Parcs Paris.Their adapted challets seem really well equipped - have a great time
Don't you think that Elveden sounds like a location from Tolkien : )
