PIP mobility scooters

hi I just wanted to know if I can get a mobility scooter or / and something to go towards a car lift ?? ty

If you receive the enhanced rate of PIP mobility then it is my understanding that you can either choose to have a car or a mobility scooter.
If not, perhaps you could try the Local Authority, although with current budget cuts they may be a bit reluctant, or you could try to get a grant from somewhere like Independence at Home http://independenceathome.org.uk/
