My husband as had his face to face assessment 3 weeks ago from dla to pip. I am going out of my mind with worry for the result. I can honestly say the atoms assessor did seem any way bothered about doing the assessment.she was abrupt in her questioning and did not give us much time to answer the questions. If we loose his mobility car he will be house bound and would not be able to get to all of his appointments. My anxiety is at the max im so worried.we should not have to put up with the waiting it is wrong.

Hi @janet52:
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
I am sorry to hear about the anxiety you are going through. I understand that the results can take some time.
Should it be necessary, there is an appeals process, and we have a lot of information, videos, and tips around the appeals process should you need them.
If you disagree with the results you can request a mandatory reconsideration, which must be done within 30 days of receipt of your results, so please get back to us right away should you need further information.
I wish you all the best, and I hope that your anxiety lessens..0 -
